Day 1 : Podgorica
First emotions in the land of the black mountains. Road to the Ostrog Monastery, a religious monument in the heart of a cliff. Back on the northern road where the first kilometres offer incredible views of the Moraca canyon and promise a beautiful journey. Visit the monastery of the same name. At the end of the day, we continue on to Kolasin, a small town at the foot of the mountains of the Biogradska Gora National Park and an ideal base for visiting the surroundings and hiking. Check-in at the hotel. Rental of an intermediary I-class vehicle, type Skoda Octavia or Renault Fluence, including:

Day 2 : Kolasin
Rafting tour on river Tara. Morning transfer north to the starting point, after passing along the Biogradska Gora and Crna Poda National Park, which has one of the largest populations of black pines in Europe. Highlight of the descent: the rapids on the Tara river, the passage under the famous Djurdjevica bridge and the impressive walls of the Tara canyon. Lunch in the nature by the river. Return transfer. Overnight in a traditional chalet in the surrounding of the city of Kolasin. Chalet (2 to 6 persons).

Day 5 : Kolasin
From the northern mountains to the Adriatic coast, via Lake Skadar. On the way, the Moraca Canyon offers you a rainbow of colours, while a short cultural break is required at the monastery of the same name. You then take the road to Rijeka Crnojevica via a very narrow road to discover the village and the meanders of the fjord. Descending southwards, you quickly reach the Adriatic coast and the small bay of Buljarica, a heavenly and quiet retreat. Check-in at the hotel. Boarding on a small traditional boat for a 2-hour private sailing tour with our local guide on Lake Skadar, a true natural monument straddling Montenegro and Albania. The largest lake on the Balkan Peninsula, this body of water is also a grandiose ornithological reserve. You will sail among the water lilies and will be able to enjoy a dive from the boat driven by our Montenegrin captain. Consult us for a longer navigation. Day 7 : Buljarica
En route to the Albanian border. Heading south to settle on the Adriatic coast, on the border with Albania. Explore Stari Bar, an area with over 100,000 olive trees. Visit the old town and the ruins. Set on a rocky promontory, the site offers a breathtaking panorama. The city of Ulcinj gives an oriental air to this part of the country, where Orthodox monasteries rub shoulders with minarets and mosques. Cervantes is said to have been imprisoned here. As you discover the old city, as soon as the heat becomes strong, continue towards the magnificent thousand-year-old olive grove of Kaladanos and its beach which will leave no one indifferent, or the Mala Plaza just under the city, or the Velika Plazha, 14 km of sand for the moment still wild and without construction. Day 9 : Buljarica
A day of discovery on the Adriatic coast. Departure in the morning to reach the peaceful little town of Petrovac. Passage through Sveti Stefan. Break and swimming possible in this paradisiacal bay. Arrival then to Budva which has a very pleasant town centre and historical alleys to discover the time. Return to Buljarica. Overnight in a 4-star villa in the middle of nature with view of the sea. Day 10 : Buljarica
A day of multiple discoveries, from the coast you follow, to Lovcen via the famous descent of the Serpentine . From Petrovac, drive to the western part of the Skadar lake to overhang it until Rijeka Crnojevica, an enchanting and isolated place. Discovery of the village and the meanders of the fjord. Cetinje, former capital of the country and still today cultural capital, allows the curious to visit one of its many museums. You finally enter the Lovcen Park which offers Mediterranean vegetation before climbing up a winding road to the mausoleum of King Petar II Petrovic-Njegos, a huge statue. Before that, some 500 steps await you. Then you descend to the magical Mouths of Kotor by taking the famous Serpentine, a must for any traveller visiting the land of the Black Mountains. Day 11 : Bay of Kotor
