Northwest Bosnia

Situated north of the Dinaric Alps, north-west Bosnia is a hilly region with a wealth of natural areas, including the remarkable Una National Park. This magnificent green lung, which bears the same name as the river that runs through it, is no match for its Croatian neighbour, Plitvice National Park.

An international rafting competition takes place on the Una River, so fans of white water sports can take advantage of this resplendent setting to experience new sensations on this truly unique river.

The canyon of the Krupa river as well as the Vrbas river offer pleasant swimming places during the beautiful summer days, and also long walks on the heights of the surrounding villages.
